Project Portfolio
St. Mary Lake access corridor
Fort Steele Mining Division
Approximately 12 km west of Kimberley, British Columbia.
The Gem Hunter property is located in the Fort Steele Mining Division in southeastern British Columbia, approximately 12km west of Kimberly, BC. The road accessible property comprises 7 MTO tenures totaling 1068.138 ha, and is 100% owned by Grassi Minerals. The property is at a grassroots scale of exploration and under evaluation for pegmatite associated mineralization including gemstone varieties of beryl, rare(critical)-metals (Li, Ta, Nb, Sn, W), with peripheral interest in potential for industrial minerals (feldspar, mica, quartz), and base metals (Pb-Zn-Ag).

Nelson Mining Division
Approximately 20 km west-northwest of Creston, British Columbia.
The Beryl Hunter property is located in the Nelson Mining Division in southeastern British Columbia, 20 km west-northwest of Creston, BC. The road accessible property comprises 2 MTO tenures totaling 1309.79 ha, and is 100% owned by Grassi Minerals. Pegmatite dykes and sills crosscut most mapped lithologies, while marble and calc-silicate horizons provide favourable host rocks for skarn development. Previous work on the property identified beryl-bearing pegmatites at the Beryl Hunter Showing and Sn-W-Be mineralization at the BH-Skarn Showing.

Tungsten and Tin play distinct, but essential roles across manufacturing, infrastructure, energy technology, and electronics. Their properties make them important inputs for products that need strength, durability, conductivity, or reliability.
W
With the highest melting point of any metal, tungsten is used where materials must withstand intense heat, wear, and stress. Its applications include cutting tools, high-temperature components, and specialized industrial equipment.
Sn
Tin is an important ingredient in solder, protective coatings, alloys, and electronics. Its ability to form durable, corrosion-resistant connections makes it especially valuable in everyday electrical systems and advanced manufacturing.
